      - Number of people printing documents and to which printer
      - Pages printed per day/week/month
      - Amount of toner to be purchase by period.

What is WAC PRINT CONTROL?

       Print Control is the administrative system on network, controlling printing command of each user in each department not to order above limited budget or credit. The system will record printing details which will be used to evaluate working performance and plan purchase office utilities.  		  
  Why WAC Print Control is necessary?

• Controlling usage of resources
  In not planning the amount of printing resources to be used within certain period of time, employee will use independently. This will result in over usage of printing supply and extensive cost.
• Budget Efficiency
  Apart from setting quota of printing amount by each period, the software will also be able to charge printing fee to users e.g. 5 baht per page for laser printer or 10 baht per page for inkjet printer.
• Usage planning and purchase quota
  All printing information will be recorded and reported in required format. For example, department A has printed 5,000 pages of document monthly, the software will record that it will need 10 reams of paper supply or above in each cycle. Or in the case that certain printer is mostly used, toner purchase order in next cycle will be planned.
