Able to set printing fee per page in each printer
3. Print Cost/Job
After user order printing work, the system will not immediately
print the job. Popup menu will ask users to check if the printing
order is correct and summarize printing fee before starting the print
job.
4. Automatic & Manual Debit System
In facilitating fee calculation, users will be able to add
stored value in database system before making printing order. Once
the job is complete, system will deduct money from users account
and showing the balance for user to review.
5. Username-Password
Login
For
security reason, username and password are required before taking
printing action.
6. Payback System
In the case printing action is not complete, but the money has already
deducted from the account. The systems will payback the deducted amount
to the account. The balance can be checked by the account owner.
7. Print Report
For better planning analysis, the system could report printing
details in selected condition.

Personal data management will allow system administrator
to record, set printing quota by person, by department, add, and delete
users in individual case
9. Print Refill & Refill Report
Management system for administrator only. Must be logged
on with username and password.
Able to create, add, delete or record accounts of adminitrators
Refill money to users accounts
All lists can be made to report for inspecting administrators work.
Summary report will show every single transaction i.e. times adding
money into account, time, receivers. And receipt amount.
All data be will able to exported to excel for data processing |
