Features 1. Authorization Access and usage will be set on computer of all staffs and students, defining period and time of usage e.g. number of hours per week or semester. This includes access authorization, reservation, using time and period, purpose of usage (typing reports, internet access, or network access.) The system will block any operation when access allocated time out. 2. Reservation (Optional) Student can check available seats and make booking by presenting student code and identify intended time and period of using. PC Class will link the reservation data and authorization in processing. Request for access authorization, computer selection, or reservation can be made at Master computer or via internet. 3. Frequency checking and report processing Operation record function of PC Class Control will be able to check using statistics in details. Report data will come out in graph presentation by day, week, month or intend duration 4. Remote control and inspection Class’s lecturer will be able to command “shut down’, ‘sleep/wake up’ and ‘lock/unlock’ client computer at all time. The administration work can be done from single controlling center. Lecturer will not have to approach student one by one as corresponding messenger is also available. 5. System Log on Administrator will be able to identify the intended channel of logging on. Methods applicable are Password, Barcode, Smart card and Magnetic Card.     6. Database management system Administrator will be able to add, delete, edit or correct database. The system will be able to link to My SQL, Access, Oracle, and MS SQL Server database. 7. Connection to Print Control (Optional) For optimum performance, PC Class can be connected to Print Control in order to facilitate printing quota, printing service charge. Integrally, data from both systems will be beneficial for strategy planning e.g. purchase order of resources.
